Before5 Parenting Class

Parents are crucial as children's first teachers, but balancing teaching with providing can be challenging. Tips and tricks are available to help parents, grandparents, and caregivers enrich children's lives and support their development. Join us every 2nd Tuesday of every month, starting April 9th, at 6:30pm.
Narcan Training

Interested in knowing more about opioids, Narcan, and how to administer it? Sign up for this training session that can be conducted at your workplace, church, school, and more.
Brightpoint at LITE

Are you seeking guidance on enrolling in health insurance or switching your carrier on a HIP plan? Let Brightpoint help you with that. They will be at LITE every 2nd Tuesday of the month from 2:30pm-4:30pm.
Mini Health Fair at LITE

We offer monthly health check-ups for blood pressure and A1C levels. Additional testing and accommodations are available upon request. Visit us every 1st Friday of the month at LITE at 11am.
Grief Support Group

LITE’s Grief Group continues to meet, and we warmly invite you to join us on Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM. Our new facilitator, Chelsi Clevenger, will lead the sessions. We are partnering with Dustin's Place in Plymouth to introduce an engaging new format for our Grief Group. Everyone is welcome to join us! We have a new NA Meeting at LITE on Thursdays at 11:30am called, "The LITE Within Us". It's a welcoming space for anyone seeking support and connection on their journey to recovery. Whether you're new to the program or have been attending meetings for years, "The LITE Within Us" offers a safe and supportive environment to nurture personal growth and healing.

Peer Support Group for Peer Recovery Coaches

Starting on Wednesday, December 18th, join our support group for peer support workers to connect, share experiences, and build a community. From seasoned professionals to newcomers, it's a safe space to discuss challenges, celebrate successes, and improve skills in providing compassionate care. Together, we can make a positive impact and grow stronger through mutual learning and support. Your presence is valued, and we look forward to having you join our network.

Craft Meeting

LITE Recovery’s 1st CRAFT Meeting in Kosciusko CountyJoin us this Thursday, January 30, at 5:30 PM at Enchanted Hills for our first CRAFT meeting. The group will meet every Thursday for the next 12 weeks. This first session will introduce Community Reinforcement & Family Training. If you have a loved one or family member dealing with substance use disorder or mental health issues, we encourage you to attend. RISE Teen Support Group

This group is led by two adults, where one holds a community health worker certification and both have personal experiences with substance use disorder and mental health. The sessions begin with an icebreaker to foster better connections, followed by a Recovery Circle. Participants share positive experiences from the week, challenges they faced, and set goals for the upcoming week. The focus is on listening, sharing, and providing a safe space. Additionally, we do creative writing exercises, and have discussions on essential life skills. Complimentary snacks and drinks are included each week. There are no fees or prerequisites; individuals within the specified age range are welcome to join. At LITE we believe everyone is in recovery from something, and I believe that to be the same with youth, as well as adults.
Get your HSE Diploma at LITE!

Living in Transition Effectively has partnered with Warsaw Adult Education to offer high school equivalency (HSE) prep classes for those seeking to earn their high school diploma!
Classes will be are free and will meet on Tuesdays from 6:30pm-8pm and Saturdays from 10am-12pm at the L.I.T.E. Recovery Cafe, 210 W. Catherine St., Milford. You will have to take both classes in order to be able to get your HSE Diploma. L.I.T.E. is willing to provide transportation within Kosciusko County per request. Feel free to call us at 574-306-0006 to request a ride.

Community Outreach at the library

LITE will be at the doing Community Outreach, every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month, from 3pm-5pm at the Warsaw Library.
Join us for an afternoon of connection and support, where you can connect with a Peer Recovery Coach. Whether you're looking for resources, a friendly chat, or simply want to pick up a self-care bag, we'd love to see you there!

Join us every Monday evening for two new NAMI support groups designed to bring connection, understanding, and hope.
