Recovery is about more than services—it’s about support. Through community outreach, family support, our Food Pantry and Basic Needs Bank (BNB), we help individuals and families access essential items, build connections, and stay supported in everyday life.

Connect one-on-one with someone who has lived experience and understands the recovery journey. Our peer recovery coaches provide guidance, accountability, and real support to help individuals move forward with confidence.

LITE is a regional recovery hub

About

LITE is a Regional Recovery Hub through DMHA (Division of Mental Health and Addiction). These hubs were created to connect Hoosiers with mental health and substance use disorders to treatment and recovery supports through Certified Peer Recovery Coaches. Our Regional Recovery Hub is able to assist individuals with substance use disorder, regardless of where someone is in their recovery journey. This allows us to expand our outreach to our surrounding counties. We currently cover Kosciusko, Fulton, Marshall, Elkhart, St. Joseph, Miami, Wabash, Huntington, and Cass counties. Our Peer Recovery Coaches can refer individuals in these counties to detox, treatment, transitional housing, recovery residences, food pantries, etc. We provide personalized support for recovery, offering resources and guidance tailored to individual needs. Our Certified Peer Recovery Coaches bring empathy and hope, ensuring continuous support beyond referrals for lasting recovery.
