Peer Recovery Coaches are instrumental in supporting individuals who have experienced incarceration, substance use, and mental health issues. These coaches offer hope, optimism, mentorship and encouragement.

If you or a loved one could benefit from working with a peer recovery coach, please fill out the form below. Our peer recovery coaching services are available in the communities we serve — including Kosciusko, Fulton, Marshall, St. Joseph, Elkhart, Miami, Wabash, Cass, and Huntington Counties — as well as within the Kosciusko County Jail and Work Release facilities.

If your loved one is currently in the Kosciusko Jail or Work Release and you believe they could benefit from support, you’re welcome to complete the form on their behalf.
