Tim Thompson serves as LITE’s Notary Public and is available by appointment to assist with a variety of common notarial needs.
Notary Services May Include:
Acknowledgments
Verification that you are signing a document willingly and that the signature is your own.

Administering an oath or affirmation when you need to verify that information contained in a document is true.

Witnessing or Attesting Signatures
Serving as an official witness while you sign a document.

Verification Upon Oath or Affirmation (Jurats)
Verifying your identity, administering an oath or affirmation, and witnessing your signature when required.

Certified Copies of Certain Documents
Certifying that a copy of an eligible document is a true and accurate copy of the original.

Notary services may be helpful for affidavits, authorization forms, agreements, applications, and other documents requiring notarization.

What to Bring
Please bring the document you need notarized along with an acceptable form of identification. Depending on the type of notarization required, you may need to sign the document in the presence of the notary.
