Need help Getting to Work? We Can Help!
LITE now offers transportation to and from work within Kosciusko County to help the justice-impacted community and any other individuals in our community who need help with transportation to/from work. We recognize that reliable transportation can be a challenge, and we don’t want it to stand in the way of employment. Having a job is a vital step toward achieving both personal and professional goals. With this service, we’re working to eliminate barriers and empower our local workforce—ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to succeed. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where individuals can thrive, free from the stress of transportation concerns.

Van transportation to and from work removes one of the biggest barriers reentrants face when seeking and maintaining employment. Reliable transportation is a key factor in breaking the cycle of re-incarceration. Securing a job shortly after release significantly reduces the risk of recidivism, offering individuals a stronger foundation for successful reintegration into the community.
